  • Spinning classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere.
  • Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
  • You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
  • All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle.
  • Spinning bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes. But many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats.


Pure’s Yoga program can boast as being one of the oldest continuing programs in the Pittsburgh area. Our program began in 1992 and has served up yoga to many happy customers over the years. Our newly remodeled studio is also one of the nicest and most welcoming in the area. Our instructors are trained in Hatha Yoga and teach at a pace that is comfortable, yet challenging for all skill levels and ages. Classes emphasize stretching, balance, core work and breath work followed by a guided relaxation. Mats and props are available to use so bring an open mind, a smile and join us for a great experience! 

Hip-Hop Bootcamp

Hip-Hop Bootcamp is an hour long aerobic workout, similar to the latest Zumba trend, set to popular hip hop music. Plan to burn calories and have a ton of fun! Bring water, a towel, and a friend. Hope to see you there!

Crush It! Circuit

In this fast paced class you will move from one exercise station to the next. Timed stations will focus on increasing your strength and aerobic endurance. Torch calories and tone muscles by utilizing various exercise equipment and your own body weight. Circuit training provides endless workout possibilities, so don't expect the same class twice!
