> Foundational Movement
This program is designed to help beginner atheletes learn
how to move. Intended for athletes ages 8-12 years old who are new to training and in need of basic movement skills. The training focus for this group is on body control, posture, balance, coordination, intro to speed mechanics, bodyweight strength, and simple conditioning.
Training session meets on Fridays 5:30 - 6:15 pm
> Dynamic Movement
Dynamic Movement is a step above FM, designed to teach athletes who have solid fundamentals how to move
well with speed. This program is the bridge between learning movement and expressing athleticism. This is intended for athletes who are 11 years old or older. The focus for this group is acceleration, deceleration, change in direction, jumping and landing mechanics, and core control during movement.
Training session meets on Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 am
> Elite Movement
This training program is designed for committed athletes striving for peak performance, who are ready to apply athleticism under pressure (14+). Elite Movement is where training begins to resemble game demands. Focusing on reactive speed and agility, as well as high-intent power, heavier strength training, sport transfer, and CCF (
chaos, competition, and fatigue).
Training session meets on Saturdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
> Adult Movement
Adult Movement is not a fitness class, it is an athlete-style training program adapted for adults (18+). This is a comprehensive program for adults who want structured training and seek strength, mobility, energy, and longevity. Focus on joint health, joint mobility, range of motion, low-impact speed and coordination, core stability, posture, and conditioning designed for real life.
Training session meets on Mondays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm

> Senior Movement
This training program is designed to keep seniors active, strong, and independent. With a focus on balance, stability, joint-friendly strength, posture, gait, fall prevention, and controlled conditioning, participants will improve their ability to move comfortably and safely in everyday life. Clinets can expect a welcoming environment that encourages social connection while supporting long-term health and independence.
Training session meets on Wednesday mornings 11:00-11:45 am
> Individual Training
Private Training offers a fully personalized, one-on-one coaching experience tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, goals, and sport demands. Each session is designed to maximize development in key areas such as
speed, agility, power, and
endurance, while also addressing strength, mobility, and recovery. With undivided attention from a coach, athletes receive detailed feedback, custom progressions, and a training plan built around their schedule. This individualized approach is ideal for athletes preparing for competition, working through performance plateaus, or seeking the most direct path to unlocking their full potential.

> Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training brings together 2–4 athletes in a focused, small-group environment where each athlete still receives individualized coaching and attention. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs and goals of the group, with training built around enhancing
speed, agility, power, and
endurance. Athletes benefit from personalized feedback while also gaining the motivation and accountability that comes from training alongside peers. This format allows athletes to progress at a fast pace because workouts are customized to each individual while still providing the energy and challenge of a small group.
