Training Programs

at Pure Athletex

Tier 1 : Group Training

> Foundational Movement
This program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of athletic development. Through age-appropriate drills, athletes build coordination, balance, and body control while learning the early foundations of speed, agility, power, and endurance. The focus is on teaching proper movement mechanics in a fun, engaging environment to set the stage for long-term athletic success.
Training session meets on Wenesdays 5:15-6:00 pm

Dynamic Movement
The goal of this training program is to create well-rounded athletes with the confidence and physical capacity to excel in multiple sports. Athletes will begin to refine and advance their performance potential. Sessions emphasize developing speed and agility through sprint mechanics, change of direction, and reaction drills. Power is introduced through explosive bodyweight and light resistance training, while endurance is built with athletic style conditioning.
Training session meets on Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am

> Elite Movement 
This training program is designed for committed athletes striving for peak performance. Training focuses on maximizing speed with advanced sprint techniques, sharpening agility through complex movement patterns, and building power with progressive strength and plyometric training. Endurance is developed to handle the demands of competition and high-level play. Athletes also learn recovery strategies to gain a competitive edge on and off the field.

> Adult Movement 
This is a comprehensive training program for adults looking to build strength, improve endurance, and move better in daily life. Each session combines functional strength training, mobility work, and conditioning in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll find challenging and scalable workouts that help you stay strong, healthy, and energized.
Training session meets on Mondays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm

> Senior Movement 
This training program is designed to keep seniors active, strong, and confident. With a focus on balance, mobility, flexibility, and functional strength, participants will improve their ability to move comfortably and safely in everyday life. Exercises are low-impact, joint-friendly, and adaptable to all fitness levels. A welcoming environment encourages social connection while supporting long-term health and independence.

Tier 2 : Team Training

> Team Training 
Teams that play together should train together.
Our Team Training option is built for groups of 5–15 athletes who want to train together, push each other, and elevate performance as a unit. Delivered in structured 8-week training blocks, these sessions focus on developing the essential elements of athleticism—speed, agility, power, and endurance—while also building teamwork, accountability, and competitiveness. Each block is designed to challenge athletes collectively while allowing for individual growth, making it ideal for school teams, club programs, or groups striving toward the same outcome. Team Training blends the benefits of expert coaching with the motivation of training alongside peers, helping every athlete perform better—together.

Tier 3 : Private Training

> Individual Training
Private Training offers a fully personalized, one-on-one coaching experience tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, goals, and sport demands. Each session is designed to maximize development in key areas such as speed, agility, power, and endurance, while also addressing strength, mobility, and recovery. With undivided attention from a coach, athletes receive detailed feedback, custom progressions, and a training plan built around their schedule. This individualized approach is ideal for athletes preparing for competition, working through performance plateaus, or seeking the most direct path to unlocking their full potential.

Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training brings together 2–4 athletes in a focused, small-group environment where each athlete still receives individualized coaching and attention. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs and goals of the group, with training built around enhancing speed, agility, power, and endurance. Athletes benefit from personalized feedback while also gaining the motivation and accountability that comes from training alongside peers. This format allows athletes to progress at a fast pace because workouts are customized to each individual while still providing the energy and challenge of a small group.
